On 4 September, the CT-Luso coordinators organised a videoconference meeting with the Biomedical Law Centre to align goals and the timetable for work.
CT-Luso is kicking off with Work Package 3, led by the Biomedical Law Centre, which refers to the analysis of legislative and institutional gaps, recommendations for scientific research policies and the implementation of public policies.
One of the cornerstones of the project is the creation of a solid ethical and legal framework, in line with international best practice, with the aim of making Portuguese-speaking countries an attractive centre for the development of clinical trials and the strengthening of the scientific community.
