As part of the 83rd edition of the International Pharmaceutical Federation (FIP) World Congress, held in Copenhagen, CT-Luso presented a poster on the results of the legislative analysis conducted for each country regarding biomedical research, particularly clinical trials.
The work focused on the legislative frameworks identified in each of the countries covered by the project, including the role of National Regulatory Authorities for Medicines and Research Ethics Committees in biomedical research and, in particular, clinical trials.
The initiative was attended by Hélder Mota Filipe, President of the Portuguese Pharmaceutical Society and coordinator of the CT Luso project, as well as project manager Catarina Sobrinho. The presentation provided an opportunity to share the results achieved by CT Luso with the international pharmaceutical community and to strengthen dialogue on the challenges and best practices in the field of biomedical research.
