University professor of Administrative Law at the Instituto Superior Técnico de Angola (ISTA), Pólo do Palanca (2016-2012). 1. General Administrator of the Center for Rehabilitation and Reinsertion of Drug Addicts of the National Institute for the Fight Against Drugs (2019). Consultant to the State Secretariat for Hospital Affairs (2017-2018). Legal Consultant to the State Department of Health (2016-2017).

João José Mendes Semedo (Cape Verde) Graduated in Law from the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon, has an Advanced Studies Course in Legistics and Legislative Science and a Postgraduate Degree in Legal-Administrative Sciences, is a jurist at the Independent Health Regulatory Entity (ERIS), having also been from the Agency for the Regulation and Supervision of Pharmaceutical and Food Products (ARFA), between 2011-2019, Coordinator of the Legal Office of ERIS (2019 -2024).

Miguel Pereira (Guinea Bissau) Graduated in Law from the Faculty of Law of Bissau. General Director of the Public Service of Guinea-Bissau, between 2007 and 2010. Currently, he is the Head of the Legal Office of the Ministry of Public Health.

Virgílio Uamba (Mozambique) Degree in Law and teaching of the English Language from the Eduardo Mondlane University and the Pedagogical University of Maputo, postgraduate degree in Law and labor process from the Instituto Superior Politécnico e de Tecnologia, Master's Degree in Administrative Law from the Catholic University of Mozambique-Maputo Delegation, Lawyer, Head of the Legal and Cooperation Office of the National Medicines Regulatory Authority of Mozambique.

Neidyne Afonso (Sao Tome and Principe) Neidyne Afonso é licenciado em Direito pela Universidade de Matanzas “Camilo Cienfuegos”- Cuba, deste 2009. É mestrando de “Direito Público e Desenvolvimento Sustentável” no Programa de Mobilidade Intra África e Pax Lusófona, lançado pela Universidade de São Tomé e Príncipe (USTP). Tem uma “Pós Graduação” em Finanças Públicas aplicada pelo Instituto de Gestão Financeira/ ISCTE-Portugal desde 2017, e vários cursos de “Mini MBA de Desenvolvimento de Competências em Logística Material e Formal/redação de atos normativos” feitos na “GOLD CONSULTING-Portugal”. Foi Diretor do “Gabinete Jurídico” entre 2020 e 2024 e foi Presidente do “Comité Interministerial de Seguimento da Implementação de Mecanismos de Financiamento Sustentáveis em São Tomé e Príncipe”. É o atual Assessor Jurídico do Ministro da Saúde e Presidente da Assembleia Geral do “Fundo EcoTéla”.
